West Burton Luxury Bathroom Electrical

The Challenge
A homeowner in West Burton required complete electrical work for a high-end bathroom renovation. The design called for antique brass fittings throughout to match the premium brassware, fire-rated LED downlights, and elegant wall lights over a double vanity unit. The work needed to meet strict bathroom zone regulations whilst achieving a luxurious finish.
The Solution
We designed and installed a complete lighting scheme featuring fire-rated LED downlights positioned to provide even illumination across the space, complemented by decorative wall lights above the vanity mirrors. All fittings were carefully selected in antique brass to coordinate with the bathroom brassware. We ensured all installations met IP rating requirements for bathroom zones and provided certification for the completed work.
The Outcome
The finished bathroom features a stunning coordinated look with the antique brass electrical fittings perfectly matching the taps and shower fixtures. The LED downlights provide excellent task lighting whilst the wall lights create a warm, welcoming ambiance. The client was delighted with the transformation and the attention to detail throughout the project.
